Eastburn Woodworks is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to browse our work, learn about our services, and get in touch with us easily.

Our standard

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely accepted standard for accessible websites. This is an ongoing effort: we review the site regularly, fix issues as we find them, and keep accessibility in mind whenever we add new content.

What we’re doing

  • Adding descriptive text to photos so screen readers can describe our cabinetry projects
  • Keeping text colors readable with sufficient contrast
  • Making sure every part of the site can be used with a keyboard alone
  • Providing captions on our videos
  • Testing the site with automated accessibility tools and fixing what they find
